Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years' experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.

• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Execute to maximize growth and performance; develop game plans and follow up on execution to maximize sales.
• Drive business outreach opportunities and relay leads to Multi-Unit Manager and Business Outreach teams.
• Ensure store schedule accuracy and staffing to execute initiatives, Ship-from-Store, and maintain sales coverage.
• Train store staff on internal operational functions and brand standards.
• Lead store team to meet sales, service, and operational expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
