Job summary

You will develop game plans, coach staff, ensure schedule accuracy, and execute initiatives to deliver on the customer promise. You will train staff on customer service, branding, and operational standards, recruit diversely, and strive to exceed customer expectations and NPS targets, leveraging feedback to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years' experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative, self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs.
