Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to maximize growth and ensure strong sales performance across multiple locations. You will develop plans, supervise execution, and drive customer-focused initiatives to deliver on the brand promise.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train teams in sales, service, and operations while maintaining brand standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years' experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies.

Responsibilities

• Develops game plans and follows up on execution to maximize sales and drive consistent performance results.
• Participates in driving business outreach opportunities and communicates leads to management and outreach teams.
• Ensures store schedule accuracy to ensure proper staffing to execute initiatives and operations.
• Implements store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Leads store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations and coaches by example.
• Sets clear performance expectations and ensures staff are trained in sales, customer service, and operations to meet company standards.
• Guides team to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Leads store recruitment and embraces diversity by creating an inclusive store environment.
• Ensures the store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed per company direction.
