Job summary

Gap Inc is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan and exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales growth, oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising and Product Operations, and develop talent to deliver results.

Your leadership will ensure execution of SOPs, compliance, and brand standards while building a high-performing, inclusive team prepared to adapt to evolving store priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room and office; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet business needs including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Business acumen skills.
• Established time management skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
