Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan and exceed key metrics. You will bridge brand vision with in-store execution, driving sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development.

You will coach behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build capable teams through coaching, training and development. Flexibility to travel as needed is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage teams

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and makes decisions with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Teaches and trains to build capabilities and standards.
• Leads implementation and execution of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Promotes inclusive environment and maximizes efficiencies and productivity.
• Performs Service Leader duties and represents the brand.
