Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape guest experience, coach a team, and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will develop the Assistant General Manager and lead weekly leadership calls to move the business forward.

You will own store leadership, budget and forecasting, and ensure customer and employee experience remain exceptional. Training and growth opportunities are a core part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach and coach team on the Victra sales process, Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
• Serve as brand advocate for Victra.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed objectives.
• Drive sales strategy to showcase products/services in-store.
• Ensure staff meet monthly performance metrics and complete training on time.
• Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Maintain store performance via inventory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Think of innovative ways to drive store traffic and leverage existing customers.
• Own store success and lead staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
