Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience, coach the team, and exceed sales targets while maintaining store operations.

You will mentor your Assistant GM, lead daily store activities, participate in NHU trainings, and own staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and loss prevention to drive traffic and results. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
• Teach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top caliber employees.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Own staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and loss prevention.
• Respond to guest escalations with timely resolutions.
