Swig in Knoxville is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and mentor a high-performing team. You’ll drive brand standards, oversee food and beverage prep, manage hiring and training, and maintain a safe, clean environment that aligns with Swig’s values.

The role requires leadership, a food handler’s permit, reliable transportation, and prior restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and team-coordination skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of the Swig brand and store operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer service matters.
• Oversee food and drink preparation to Swig quality standards.
• Assist with hiring processes and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff, including warnings when needed.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu to staff and customers.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Ensure accurate deposits and financial controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and team.
• Oversee to-go and delivery service accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve Swig goals.
