Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail/finance/service.
• Operational leadership experience in a store environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow the business and drive store growth.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partner opportunities to increase revenue.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; participate in audits.
• Oversee cash management, loss prevention, and security procedures.
• Open/close procedures and train staff in keyholder duties.
• Assist in hiring and staff development; manage work schedules.
• Maintain store appearance and planogram adherence; coordinate marketing materials.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
