Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a bilingual General Manager (GM) in Humble, TX. You will lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and coach a team while ensuring compliance and high customer service.

The role offers hands-on training, growth potential, and cross-brand opportunities across 11 brands nationwide. A valid driver’s license and leadership experience in a similar setting are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma; associates degree helpful.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, or related fields.
• Operations leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Must meet physical requirements and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet/exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive new business and revenue growth.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build partnerships.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications, risk within limits, and compliance.
• Supervise cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and on-site operations.
• Maintain store appearance and handle on-site tasks and events.
