Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, execute the business plan and deliver profitable growth. You will drive sales, manage merchandising and talent development, and coach the team to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

You will oversee forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and SOP implementation while promoting an inclusive work environment and community involvement. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast sales and schedule staff to optimize profitability.
• Manage store budget to support P&L goals.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching.
• Lead execution of SOPs and store initiatives.
• Create an inclusive, customer-first environment.
• Represent the brand and monitor competitive landscape.
• Promote community involvement and OMNI-driven experiences.
