Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive profitability, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to meet or exceed goals.

You will coach teams, implement SOPs, and foster an inclusive environment while managing budgets and scheduling to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing and developing people.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Lead SOP implementation and initiatives.
