Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team to achieve a profitable business plan and exceed key metrics. You will connect the brand vision to in-store execution, driving sales, operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach teams, implement SOPs, and promote community involvement while ensuring compliance and a frictionless omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales and meet budget.
• Manage daily store operations and budget in support of P&L.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and brand initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive environment and promote the brand to customers and the community.
