Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience.
• Use operational tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central scheduling) to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments).
• Review store KPIs to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.
• Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all Team Members.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and community events.
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using existing tools and programs.
