Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and drive changes.
• Manage store cash activities and deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance and brand standards across the store.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize and reward individual and team achievements using company tools.
