Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Austin, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy service store. You will oversee training and supervision of teammates, enforce attendance and safety policies, and manage daily operations to ensure smooth, profitable performance.

You’ll drive guest service, inventory control, budgeting, and staffing, while coordinating maintenance, POS issues, and safety compliance. This is an on-site, full-time exempt role with a comprehensive benefits package and room for

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions and resolve guest problems.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving.
• Budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and factors affecting sales.
• Supervise teammates with scheduling, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Uphold safety policies and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities
