Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Arlington, TX is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, training, and supervision of store teammates. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold policies, and drive guest satisfaction while managing budgets, inventory, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail/service store
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to budget and forecast sales

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory with cost, turn rate, ordering knowledge
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds; manage HVAC, lighting, storage
• Troubleshoot maintenance of POS system
• Supervise and train teammates including scheduling and performance reviews
• Hire and interview teammates; manage staffing levels
• Open and close store; complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork
• Maintain cash controls; partner with Loss Prevention
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings; promote policy adherence
