Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership. You’ll partner with the General Manager to grow guest count, improve core metrics, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.

You will lead and mentor team members, ensure quality controls, manage inventory and cash handling, and support budgeting and forecasts. This full-time role is on-site in Covington, WA and offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leader who can inspire diverse groups
• Solid understanding of retail business and sales objectives
• Ability to analyze financial goals to improve sales and service
