Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach a diverse team, and maintain high standards of service and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, inventory, and daily operations in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and core sales performance.
• Lead and develop teammates through training and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve goals.
