Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is actively seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive store sales, manage budgeting and forecasting, and mentor the Assistant General Manager to foster growth and excellence in customer experience.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, own daily store operations, and ensure consistent execution of Victra’s guest-centric selling process, with a focus on results and brand standards.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Talent management: hiring, developing, mentoring the sales team.
• Own store metrics: drive sales, budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Customer focus: deliver complete solutions and resolve escalations.
• Inspire leadership: mentor Assistant General Manager and communicate objectives.
