Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry seeks a General Manager to oversee the total operation of the assigned location. The role requires 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager and the ability to attain a food safety manager certification within six months of offer.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting and P&L oversight, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining store standards. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with 45–48 hours weekly, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail / QSR leadership desirable
• Ability to lead teams and supervise staff
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the Pump & Pantry location
• Open/close shifts and manage staffing within budget
• Maintain store standards, pricing, and inventory
• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards
• Supervise and train personnel; conduct performance reviews
