Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee all store operations and licensed programs, reporting in the absence of the General Manager. You will supervise 4 to 16 employees, help with hiring and training, and ensure daily operations, inventory control and customer service standards are met.

The role requires 1–3 years of Assistant Manager experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid Food Handler’s permit or ServSafe certification where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s permit or ServSafe Certification where required by law or policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, discipline and termination in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly operations, back-office functions, bookwork and inventory control.
• Ensure customer needs are met and support customer service standards.
