Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a General Manager to oversee the total operation of the location, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll manage scheduling and budgeting, maintain profitability, and uphold company standards across safety, training, and operations.

You will lead a team, handle administrative duties, and drive growth while maintaining daily store performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in quick-service or retail environments.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and labor control skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the Pump & Pantry location.
• Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with District Manager/HR involvement.
• Maintain labor within budget and post schedules in advance.
• Oversee expenses and profitability to meet budget goals, including review of monthly P&L statements.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Open and close shifts and complete required paperwork.
• Ensure customer needs are met per company standards and provide excellent service.
• Project a positive attitude and handle customer, personnel, and equipment issues.
