Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in the absence of senior leadership. This full-time role leads a team, ensures standards are met, and supports training and safety programs.

You will manage cash, handle customer needs, and ensure proper food handling and inventory control while maintaining a neat and safe store environment. Growth opportunities are available within the Bosselman network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Food Handler permit or Serve Safe where required by law.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate in English and provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open/close shifts and complete required documentation.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Ensure customer service policies are followed consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in-store.
• Assist with inventory control and pricing decisions.
• Train and supervise store staff for efficient operations.
• Adhere to food handling and temperature control standards.
• Report issues to management in a timely manner.
