Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a General Manager to oversee the total operation of a Pump & Pantry location. You will hire and supervise staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, and drive profitability to meet budget goals.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies. This is a full-time on-site position at a Pump & Pantry location with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and supervising a retail team.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling abilities.
• Customer service leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with involvement of District Manager and Corporate HR.
• Maintains labor within budget and posts a two-week schedule.
• Oversees expenses and profitability to meet budget goals, including reviewing monthly P&L statements.
• Ensures all documentation is complete, accurate, and turned in on time.
• Opens and closes shifts, including completing required paperwork.
• Implements and reinforces company training programs.
• Reports key operational issues to upper management.
• Maintains a safe and healthy workplace.
