Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee the total operation of the assigned location, including all programs and business units, in the absence of the General Manager. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Six months as Sales Associate required.
• Valid Food Handler’s permit or ServSafe Certification where required by law or policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including back office functions, bookwork, and inventory control.
• Ensure customer needs are met and uphold customer service standards.
• Supervise cash handling and bank deposits.
• Assist in managing scheduling, labor budgets, and overtime.
• Ensure team follows food safety procedures and proper storage.
• Attend management meetings and required trainings.
• Teach, coach, and represent the F.I.R.S.T engagement model.
