Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Florida, guiding a 40+ employee team to meet service standards and sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, and strong customer experience.

The position requires strategic planning, team development, and maintaining brand standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and compliance across store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold strict confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English; operate electronic equipment and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with SOPs and changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
