Job summary

Trulieve seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and achieve KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires coaching, scheduling within budget, and building professional relationships with partners. A strong track record in retail management, cash handling, and team development is essential; a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise store operations to meet service standards and sales targets.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Schedule within labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
