Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience in retail/restaurant.
• Experience coaching and developing teams; P&L and scheduling experience helpful.
• Direct P&L responsibility experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and financial management skills.
• Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
