Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a busy Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon/GoTo Foods location in Chula Vista, CA. This working-manager role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, controlling labor and food costs, and delivering a safe, high-quality guest experience.

You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, train new hires, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with brand standards and health regulations, while leading by example on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1-year experience as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise and direct staff; staffing decisions and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling procedures.
