Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of restaurant, retail, food service, or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and build leadership pipelines.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily bakery operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Drive sales growth and achieve bakery performance goals.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and brand standards.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
