Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC, a leading franchise operator for Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice, is seeking an Assistant General/Store Manager in New York. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets while directing staff and upholding guest satisfaction and safety.

You’ll play a key role in training, hiring, and scheduling, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining strong operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store profitability by monitoring labor and food costs.
• Supervise and direct staff; manage scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and safety.
