Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a retail team, translate brand vision into in-store action, and drive profitability across operations, merchandising, product, and talent development.

You will coach teams, implement SOPs, and foster an inclusive environment while delivering strong sales, scheduling, budgeting, and community engagement. Travel may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required for 3–5 years.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stock room and lift up to 30 lbs.
