Job summary

You will coach and train staff, ensure SOP adherence, manage the P&L, and foster an inclusive, efficient work environment while maintaining strong community engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas.
