You own hiring, development, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a mentor to the Assistant General Manager and directing day-to-day store activities. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
