Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage fast-paced restaurant teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Food handler permit and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily brand execution, ensuring procedures and quality standards.
- Serve as point of contact for customer service and guest experience.
- Oversee food and drink preparation meeting Swig standards.
- Hire staff onboarding and training per guidelines.
- Provide mentoring and performance improvement where needed.
- Complete opening/closing checklists and deposits.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
- Assist to-go and delivery orders.
