Job summary

Swig Ocala Pine Avenue is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience in Ocala, Florida. You will lead a team, manage hiring, training, and performance, enforce safety standards, and coordinate supplies to keep the store running smoothly.

You will mentor staff, maintain Swig’s brand standards, and drive growth while coordinating with the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least basic leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure Swig standards are met.
• Be the point of contact for guest issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Oversee food and drink preparation to meet quality standards.
• Lead hiring; interview candidates and complete onboarding in line with guidelines.
• Train staff on Swig policies, provide coaching, and implement Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
• Ensure deposits, cash handling, and POS procedures are accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment including dining area and exterior areas.
• Coordinate ordering of supplies and manage inventory rotation.
