The GM will hire and develop personnel, ensure food safety compliance, coordinate inventory and supplier relations, and execute local marketing initiatives to promote a healthier lifestyle through Smoothie King’s products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred in business, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail service setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and alignment with company culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead store team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Use daily and financial tools to drive operational excellence and scheduling.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory and shipments.
• Review KPIs, address issues, and pursue opportunities for improvement.
• Handle cash activities and ensure food safety compliance at all times.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance; promote company programs.
• Develop local marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments with existing and new methods.
