RPM Pizza in Goshen, IN seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, coach a dedicated team, and uphold top customer service and product quality while following RPM and state health standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, local marketing, and community involvement to drive profits and ensure exceptional store results. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring leadership and hands-on oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and in good standing.
• GMITO Class completion or store-ready AM4 as replacement.
• Experience in high-volume store and RPM service standards.
• Pass background and drug tests.
• Proficient math and technology skills.
• Brand ambassador upholding RPM standards and perfect product.
• Food Safety certification as area requires.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team, uphold RPM standards.
• Ensure high customer service and product quality.
• Oversee health code compliance and safety.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and schedules.
• Drive local store marketing and community involvement.
• Achieve sales, inventory, and labor targets.
• Maintain product, service, and image standards.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
• Provide ongoing training using RPM tools.
