Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Store General Manager in Indiana. You will lead a high-volume team, coach staff, monitor safety policies, and ensure operational standards are met daily.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, and local store marketing, while maintaining a 40+ hour work week and promoting brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to coach and monitor a team.
• Experience in high-volume store management with adherence to safety standards.
• Completion of GMITO Class or equivalent and ability to replace a store AM4.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members while upholding RPM, Domino’s, and state health codes.
• Coach and monitor safety and security policies; ensure equipment works.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, and local marketing.
• Manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve profits.
• Uphold product, service and image standards daily.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
