RPM Pizza is seeking a General Manager In Training for one of our Indiana stores. This part-time role leads by example, trains Team Members, and drives store performance through safety, quality, and customer service.

You will manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and financials while upholding RPM and Domino's standards. A proven high-volume background and GM in Training completion are required; strong leadership, math, and tech skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• GM experience and District Manager approval are required.
• GM in Training completion or equivalent is required.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment is essential.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills are needed.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening is required.
• Food safety certification must be up to date per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino's, safety, and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold RPM and Domino's brand standards.
