RPM Pizza is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Domino’s store in Indiana. You will build and coach a team, ensure top service, manage inventory and local marketing, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role demands a track record in high-volume operations, completion of GMITO class or equivalent, and ability to pass background/drug tests; you’ll work 40+ hours and drive profits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k).

Formación

• Must be AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and in good standing with RPM.
• GMITO Class completed or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing high-volume store operations.
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop and coach team members.
• Strong math and technology skills for scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
• Food Safety certification as required by area.
• Able to pass background and drug tests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team with coaching and accountability to RPM standards.
• Develop and execute local marketing and community initiatives.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling and labor costs.
• Ensure consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Monitor safety policies and equipment, and ensure compliance with health codes.
