Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indianapolis seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and uphold exceptional service and product quality. You will drive local marketing, community involvement, and overall performance.

The role demands strong leadership, adherence to RPM standards, and a hands-on approach to training, safety, andGuest satisfaction. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities applies.

Qualifications

• Must be AM4, or prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing with RPM.
• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as a replacement.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervised in a store that exceeds RPM Service Standards.
• Must be able to pass all background and drug tests.
• Must have proficient math and technology skills.
• Be an RPM Brand Ambassador who upholds all standards and consistently make perfect product, including a 60 second large pepperoni pizza.
• Must have a track record of training Team Members in product, service & image.
• Become Food Safety certified as required by area.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team with coaching and high customer service standards.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is functioning.
• Utilize RPM training tools for ongoing team development.
• Enforce RPM, Domino’s, and state health code standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, sales projections, local marketing, and scheduling.
• Oversee sales, inventory and labor to hit target profits.
• Maintain product quality and image standards daily.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
