Qualifications

• ServSafe or approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and operations management
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
