Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive guest service excellence, and manage performance across sales, staffing, and compliance. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and community engagement.

You will recruit and empower a diverse team, monitor financials and inventory, and ensure consistent brand standards. A ServSafe certification and 5 years in retail/food service leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe or another approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
