Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, drive guest experience, and oversee operations, sales, staffing, and compliance. You will be the heartbeat of the team, inspiring colleagues and ensuring hospitality and operational excellence every day.

You will partner with leaders to meet revenue and profitability goals while upholding food safety, brand standards, and community engagement across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and manage operations and finances.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
