This hands-on role requires a dynamic leader who can coach, mentor, and empower managers and associates daily. The position emphasizes safety, food service coordination, and merchandising with a focus on local community

Qualifications

• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; multi-department or full-store leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
