The Gap, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams in delivering a profitable store business plan and exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, coaching teams to meet or exceed goals. This role emphasizes brand-first leadership, inclusive culture, and compliant operations.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and drives KPIs with the leadership team.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches and provides feedback to improve team performance.
• Leads implementation of SOPs and initiatives.
• Leads an inclusive environment and promotes community involvement.
• Leverages OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensures compliance standards are met.
