You will drive performance across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to achieve key metrics and superior customer experiences. You will analyze results with the leadership team, forecast and schedule, manage the store budget, build high-performing teams, coach staff, implement standard operating procedures, and promote a frictionless Omni-channel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and drive KPIs with leadership team.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget in support of the P&L.
• Build and develop productive teams.
• Coach and provide feedback on performance.
