Job summary

Old Navy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and drive profitable sales in line with the brand vision. You will supervise Customer Operations, Merchandising and Product Operations, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership team.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through sourcing and coaching.
• Teach and train to build capabilities and customer service.
• Lead SOP implementation and brand initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment and promote community involvement.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and brand standards upheld.
